• Mr. Robert K. Seyfried, PE, PTOE
Mr. Seyfried has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the Northwestern University and has developed and presented numerous Accident Reconstruction, Traffic Engineering and Highway Engineering seminars and workshops throughout the United States. With over 20 years of experience in accident reconstruction and expert court testimony, Mr. Seyfried brings vast knowledge and expertise to the Accident Reconstruction Plus (ARP) team of engineering professionals. His role on ARP’s team is to provide insight on technical analyses, assure quality control and provide court testimony. Mr. Seyfried is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.  He is a member of Institute of Transportation Engineers , the American Society of Civil Engineers, Transportation Research Board and the Regulatory/Warning Signs Technical Committee of the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

• Mr. Andrew E. Ramisch, PE, PTOE
Mr. Ramisch holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. His role in ARP’s team is to provide expert consultation and testimony regarding the analysis and reconstruction of accidents involving highway design, construction, traffic engineering, work zone safety, pedestrians, bicycles, and rail-highway grade crossings. He has been a member of the Regulatory/Warning Signs Technical Committee of the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices since 1980 and is the Chairman of its Task Force on Warning Signs. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers , American Society of Civil Engineers, American Traffic Safety Services Association, National Safety Council’s Committee on the Roadway Environment, National Society of Professional Engineers, Maryland Society of Professional Engineers and Washington Society of Engineers.

• Mr. Shawn Saunders, PE
Mr. Saunders, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, performs consultation and analyses related to highway traffic accidents (Traffic Accident Reconstruction) involving motor vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles. His expertise includes speed determination of vehicles involved in the accident, the analysis of roadway design and traffic control features, geometric design of highways and intersections, traffic signal design and operation, signs and pavement markings, traffic control in construction and maintenance work zones. Furthermore, he performs evaluation of issues relating to advance warning, positive guidance, highway design, and sight distance. He also has the ability to download and analyze the information from a vehicle's Event Data Recorder (the Black Box), using the Vetronix's Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) system. Mr. Saunders has performed numerous accident reconstructions for either plaintiffs or defendants.
